In one world, people live through very different circumstances, yet behind every face there is a story that is not always seen. One World, Many Stories is a documentary photography project exploring the human experiences of people from different backgrounds and circumstances, focusing on realities that often remain outside mainstream media attention, including social exclusion, inequality, migration, vulnerable working conditions, and the everyday consequences of difficult social and economic circumstances.

Rather than portraying people simply as victims, the project approaches them as individuals with their own identities, memories, struggles, hopes, and dignity. Through a cohesive documentary series, the photographs look beyond the visible surface of difficult circumstances and focus on the human stories within them.

The project is grounded in the belief that major humanitarian issues do not always appear through dramatic events. They can also be found in ordinary moments: a person trying to build a new life, a worker struggling to move forward, an individual living on the margins of society, or a family attempting to preserve a sense of normality in unstable circumstances. These everyday realities reveal how social and economic conditions can shape people's lives, opportunities, and sense of belonging.

The project follows an ethical documentary approach based on respect, trust, and the dignity of the people photographed. It avoids sensationalizing suffering or reducing individuals to stereotypes. Instead, the photographs seek to present people as complete human beings, allowing their experiences and personalities to remain at the center of the story.

One World, Many Stories is ultimately an attempt to look at global humanitarian issues through individual human experiences. By bringing different stories together in one visual narrative, the project seeks to make overlooked realities more visible, encourage empathy and reflection, and remind us that issues such as inequality, exclusion, migration, and vulnerable living conditions are not abstract concepts—they are experiences lived by real people every day.
