Invisible City is an ongoing photographic work built from fragments of cities captured during periods of wandering and isolation. Using analog film, digital, and phone cameras, the project collects mundane but resonant elements in urban spaces.
Each fragment retains the specificity of the place where it was taken, yet becomes unmoored from it, entering into dialogue with fragments from elsewhere. These are moments that belong to no single city but signal universal points of recognition, opening previously unexplored lines of movement and communication between them. Together, they are a new, composite city, connected not by the fact of geography but by an act of attention.
Presented as a whole, Invisible City asks the audience to make and recognize connections: between the personal and the collective, between the overlooked and the emblematic, between one person's way of seeing and another's willingness to engage with it.
