This 39th edition of AAP Magazine encourages photographers to celebrate the poetry and the power of shadows.

Overview

All About Photo Magazine invites photographers from all around the world to share their work in their printed edition. Each issue is central to a specific theme and provides a gallery of inspiring imagery, focusing on each artist with their own experience to share. With an eye towards beauty, quality and novelty, they strive to promote portfolios which stand out for their unique visual signature style and character. Their goal is to help photographers get the exposure they deserve and to inspire others with ideas, projects and goals to help develop their own photography.

Practical Info

Photographers are invited to send up to 40 images capturing the poetry and the power of shadows. The contest is open to all genres and photographers from all over the world can participate by sending a cohesive body of work or portfolio. Any capture method or process, whether digital or analog, including monochromatic toning, is welcome.

1st place winner will receive a cash prize of $500 and will have an exclusive interview published in AAP Magazine, Volume 39: Shadows; 2nd place winner will receive a cash prize of $300; and 3rd place winner will receive a cash prize of $200. The next seventeenth winners (ranked from 4 to 20) will have their best image(s) or portfolio published in AAP Magazine Volume 39: Shadows.
