Loneliness has followed me my whole life, not as a dialogue, but as a constant presence, a companion I have learned to live with. I have often felt alone even when surrounded by people, close to them, yet never fully part of the circle. Groups rarely interested me, though I kept trying to belong. That struggle slowly grew into anxiety, overthinking, and a fear of being judged, which pushed me to step away.

Being alone became my safest way of being. In solitude, I found time, time to observe, to wait, to look more closely. It gave me space to appreciate the world without needing to perform or explain myself. My photography emerges from this place. It reflects a state of waiting and waltzing, moving gently through life, watching people pass through their own moments, suspended between stillness and motion, while I remain quietly present, just slightly apart.
