Strangers are not just people passing by. They are the heart of the city. Without unknown people, the street would lose its life. My photo series is an experiment to find hidden links between strangers.

I depend on the lucky mix of light and shadow, and the chance matching of body positions and movements. I catch these moments where separate people seem to be talking to each other. These coincidences are not set up; they are quick gifts from the street.

What interests me is how these pictures point to a hidden order inside the mess of city life. In a world where people often feel alone, the photos become a place where separate individuals are brought back together, through chance connections. These links might just be a trick of the angle or a strange effect of light, but they suggest we are never really alone.
